[BFT] Duties and Responsibilities

FOUNDER

The duties of this are for Clan founders and people in the long run that may be added if clan sufficiently grows enough.

Duties of Clan Founder are as follows:

• To guide counsel and help with anything anyone needs.


• To show how to do things or help in growth with games.


• To mentor and help with leadership and other leaders functions.


• To promote when it is just or approve when someone volunteers.


• To maintain basic principles of BFT for fun and enjoyment of all, not one.


• To discipline when necessary, and do most unpleasant jobs if necessary.


• To promote clan and father growth from people and clan to it fullest.


• To make sure that the people are loyal to clan and not other people.

EXECUTIVE committee

The Executive Committe has not been defined.

ADVISORY COMMITTEE

The committee is made up of the most trusted and loyal clan members who have proven over time to be of immense value as people and human beings, not gamers.

The duties of advisory committee:

• To be an ear for the Founder and Executive Committee


• To present ideas for clan growth and prosperity.


• To help others with problems and to show they are level headed and put the people ahead of themselves.


• To be of the kind of people that people trust and respect fully.tto make sure that the people are loyal to clan and not other people.

 
 
ADMINS

Admins are here to administrate our servers and sites.

The Duties of Admin are as follows:

• To be an admin is to be of the most trusted and loyal of people.


• To be above any tempers or any attitudes.


• To be trusted implicitly.


• To be an admin in BFT is to agree to accept the responsibility.


• To be an admin means you are most trusted by founder and it is to be upheld without question.


• To be an admin is to give back to the clan and people within it.


• To be an admin is to be a person who people admire and want to be around.


• To be chosen to this category means founder has seen the positive traits posted here and think you have them.

CORP LEADERS

Corp Leaders are head of their divisions for their corps.

The Duties and Requirements for Corp Leadership:

• To be a corp leader means you have shown the traits necessary to lead multiple divisions within one game.


• To be a corp commander you have shown the ability to move people with your actions and to be able to delegate and let division commanders run there divisions with help from you.


• To be a corp commander means that the founder has your back and always is trying if he sees it to guide you for betterment of yourself and thus the people under you.


• Remember this clan is for growth as well as gaming.


• Corp commanders are picked just for this. Shows the founder thinks the highest of them.


• To be a division commander means to want people to have fun and show them the way with respect.


• Corp commander means you are showing leadership skills and are a good person to be with, are fun and understanding.


• You can get people to come play and are good with making it fun and making people want to play by seeing you on.

DIVISION LEADERS

Division Leaders are the commanders of their divisions under Corps Leaders.

The Duties of Division Leaders:

• To be a division leader is the beginning of ascension to most trusted people in clan.


• Division commander means you are showing leadership skills and are a good person to be with, are fun and understanding.


• You can get people to come play and are good with making it fun and making people want to play by seeing you on.


• To be given division commander means you would like the responsibility of it and asked for it.


• Sometimes you may be asked if we see potential but usually like to wait for someone to request it.

MEMBERS OF DIVISIONS

Members of divisions are under their Commanders for those divisions.

The Duties and Honor to be a member of our divisions:

• To be a member of a division means that that game is your favorite and like playing it a lot.


• To be a member of a division means that you have agreed to wear that division's tag and are going to be somewhat active whether daily or weekly or once in a while.


• To be a division member means that you will be showing the qualities we are looking for such as fair play, no cheating or hacking, fun personality and enjoying themselves.


• No smacktards or negativity. but good people with good things to offer people.

 
 
GAMER DIVISION 

• To be in gamer division means that you want to be in clan but don't have a particular game that you play all the time but different ones you play a lot and like the camaraderie and fun that our clan offers.


• To be in clan means you are good people and fair people, no cheaters or hackers and no smacktarding.


• You are here for fun and good play and treat people as how you would want to be treated with respect.

 
 
 
The Ranks, where they stand and what they mean
 

• 5-Star General of the Army- Reserved only for founder and Executive Committee


• 4-Star General- Highest rank that a Advisory Committee or Corp Commander can have


• 3-Star Luitenant Generals- Highest rank for a Division Commander


• 2-Star Major Generals- Highest rank for 2nd in command


• 1-Star Brigadier Generals- Highest rank for committed loyal BFT member who contributes within clan.

 
Admins

     Separate rank that signifies Technical support and is a High Officer rank.
 
Colonel

       Rank for promotion for people contributing to beliefs and values of clan and helping people, natural promotion for Corp or Division commanders.

Lt. Colonel

      Same as above, natural promotions for corp or division leaders.
 
Major

      Same as above- Subject to promo board.
 
Captain

      Same as above, subject to promo board.
 
1st LT

      First Major Rank for officers shows you can be trusted and are loyal ot principles and people of clan.

2nd LT

      Probationary officers rank, shows that you exhibit the principles of clan and are a good loyal person who puts people ahead of themselves and are the stuff of what this clan stands for.
      Highest rank for non Division affiliated Gamer Division or non participating division member.
 
SGT ranks

       Use same as WW2 ranks, subject to promo board.
 
Corporal

      Promotion after private 1st class.
 
Private First Class

       Promotion after trainee.
 
Trainee

       New recruit to clan as a member.
